BRING ME HOPE CHINESE INTERNSHIP

To develop the next generation of Chinese adults into leaders that love and defend orphans.

FROM CAMP TO THE INTERNSHIP

Chinese young adults volunteer at the Bring Me Hope camp in China, and leave wanting to do more for orphans. The Bring Me Hope Chinese Internship gives them that opportunity. For three weeks they attend a training in America, then return to China with a challenge to run a successful Bring Me Hope campaign. The vision? To develop Chinese interns into leaders that love and defend Chinese orphans.

DEVELOPING LEADERSHIP SKILLS

During their stay in America, students are challenged to discover their strengths and are taught how to develop a team that can create change. We encourage them to be leaders that create change in China to help and defend orphans.

LEARNING ABOUT THERAPIES

During the training program, Chinese students learn about many different therapies that help children with special needs.  We want to inspire them to study a therapy that they can bring back to China. Our goal is to see these Chinese students one day become speech therapists, physical therapists, counselors, special education teachers, etc. spread out across China reaching orphans that desperately need their care.

LIVING WITH A HOST FAMILY

One of the highlights during their trip to America is living with a host family.  As they live life with their host families they have the opportunity to learn about the love of Christ.  Host families are able to not only share their culture, but also about God’s heart for orphans and living on mission.

TRUE STORIES

Mona came to the BMH Chinese Training Program in 2015 and was so inspired by the different therapies she saw, that she decided to go back to school to study special education at the University of Kansas.
